Dr. Udo Krauthausen advises clients across all areas of commercial law, with particular expertise in corporate law, labor law, antitrust, and compliance. He guides clients through corporate transactions, advises and represents them in shareholder disputes, assists with drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, and counsels companies in various industries on day-to-day operational legal issues.

As a certified Compliance Officer (IHK), Dr. Krauthausen also helps companies meet their legal compliance obligations.
​
He studied law in Mainz and completed his legal training in Rhineland-Palatinate. During this time, he gained practical experience at a leading German bank in Frankfurt am Main and at a law firm in Nadi, Fiji. After finishing his legal training, he earned a doctorate in legal philosophy and obtained an MBA from the International School of Management in Dortmund, as well as an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand, both in 2011.

Dr. Krauthausen began his career at a renowned mid-sized commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main, where he focused on antitrust law. He then practiced commercial law in Mainz for several years before joining a law firm in Frankfurt as a partner in 2015.
​
In addition to practicing law, Dr. Krauthausen lectures on corporate law at DHBW Mannheim and serves as a reserve officer in the German Air Force.

Dr. Fabian Ibel advises clients on all aspects of commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate law, media law, and compliance. He guides clients through corporate transactions, represents them in shareholder disputes, assists in drafting and negotiating all types of contracts, and counsels companies across various industries on day-to-day legal matters.
In addition to his work in private practice, Dr. Ibel serves as in-house counsel for a mid-sized company. In that role, he handles corporate law, export control, hazardous substances regulations (RoHS, REACH, etc.), IT security, and general compliance matters.

Dr. Ibel studied law in Mainz and completed his legal training in Hesse. He worked as a research assistant in media law at Philipps University of Marburg, where he earned his doctorate with a dissertation on copyright and press law. He also broadened his experience abroad, including studying at San Diego State University and training as a legal intern at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.

He began his legal career at renowned commercial law firms in Frankfurt am Main, gaining experience in corporate law, M&A, compliance, and data protection. In 2023, Dr. Ibel established his own law practice. In addition to his work as a commercial attorney, he provides external ombudsman services in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act and the EU Whistleblowing Directive (see Truveo Compliance).

Dr. Ibel is also a trainer with TÜV, where he conducts training in compliance and whistleblower protection. He remains actively involved in professional associations such as the German-American Lawyers Association (DAJV) and the German Institute for Compliance (DICO). Additionally, he heads the Frankfurt chapter of the 'VALERE' Academy network – a platform dedicated to promoting a culture of debate, leadership, education, and knowledge transfer.

Jennika Heffler advises and represents both employees and employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, preparing terminations, and representing clients in wrongful termination (dismissal protection) proceedings. She also drafts and reviews termination agreements, advises on severance negotiations, and assists with issues involving disciplinary warnings, wages, vacation and sick pay, reference letters, and collective labor law.
​
Ms. Heffler studied law at the University of Frankfurt and completed her legal training in Hesse.
​
She began her career specializing in family law, but later shifted her focus to labor law. Ms. Heffler became a certified labor law specialist and further honed her expertise by working at a boutique labor law firm from 2015 to 2022.

Dr. Jennifer Krauthausen’s practice primarily covers labor law, general civil law, data protection, and compliance. She brings extensive knowledge and practical experience in these areas from her years working as both outside counsel and in-house counsel.
​
Dr. Krauthausen studied law in Mainz and completed her legal training in Rhineland-Palatinate. She went on to earn a doctorate with a dissertation on a topic in labor and insolvency law, and also obtained an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
​
After working as a research assistant in the Civil Law and Civil Procedure department at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Dr. Krauthausen joined an international commercial law firm in Frankfurt am Main as a research assistant. She later practiced for several years as an attorney in the labor law department of a well-known Frankfurt law firm. Dr. Krauthausen now serves as in-house legal counsel for a company.

Dr. Eisenberg provides counsel on a wide range of commercial law matters, with a focus on tax, corporate, and employment law. He has extensive experience in national and international tax and corporate law, supporting clients in the structuring of companies and assets. His work includes developing strategies for tax optimization in Germany as well as in cross-border contexts, advising on location planning, exit taxation, international corporate structuring, and compliant market entry. In addition, he advises on corporate transactions, employment matters, and general contract law.
Dr. Eisenberg studied law in Munich specializing on international law, during which time he gained practical experience at an employment law firm. After completing his legal training, he earned a doctorate in constitutional law (2021). He went on to complete an MBA in M&A at the University of Münster (2023) and fulfilled the academic requirements for recognition as a certified specialist lawyer in corporate and commercial law (2023) and in tax law (2025).
He began his professional career in 2019 with an international commercial law firm in Munich. He later practiced for several years as a corporate and M&A lawyer in Frankfurt before establishing his own practice in commercial and tax law in 2024.
